Terms and Conditions for Booking Photography Services with Audrey Marilyn / Napa Valley Pin Ups

1. Booking and Payment

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due by the end of the session.

Payment methods accepted: Venmo, credit cards, and debit cards.

Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit and a completed booking form.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 3 days prior to the scheduled session.   the deposit will be retained, but rescheduling the session is possible.

If canceled with less than 3 days’ notice, the deposit will be forfeited and cannot be applied to a rescheduled session. No additional charges will be applied.

In the unlikely event that Audrey Marilyn / Napa Valley Pin Ups cancels the session, all payments, including the deposit, will be refunded, or a rescheduled date will be offered.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for arriving on time and prepared for their session. Delays may result in a shorter session or rescheduling fees.

If hair, makeup, or wardrobe services are booked, clients should allow additional time for these services as specified.

4. Copyright and Usage Rights

All images remain the copyright of Audrey Marilyn / Napa Valley Pin Ups unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients receive a personal usage license to use and display images for personal and non-commercial use only.

Commercial use of images requires a separate licensing agreement and additional fees.

Clients may not alter images without express written permission from Audrey Marilyn / Napa Valley Pin Ups.

5. Model Release

By booking, clients grant Audrey Marilyn / Napa Valley Pin Ups the right to use images for promotional purposes, including on social media, website galleries, and portfolio presentations unless otherwise specified in writing.

6. Liability and Indemnification

Audrey Marilyn / Napa Valley Pin Ups is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the session.

Clients assume full responsibility for personal items and any actions or incidents that may occur during the session.

7. Confidentiality

Audrey Marilyn / Napa Valley Pin Ups is committed to maintaining client privacy and confidentiality. Any personal information collected for booking purposes will be used solely for that purpose and will not be shared with third parties.

8. Final Image Delivery

Every photo will be delivered in an online gallery, fully edited, and accessible for a lifetime. Clients will receive their images within 5 business days after the session.

Unedited images and raw files are not available for purchase.
